• [US] Apple Cash scam for 699$, can anyone explain what the scammers get out of this if you don’t Apple Cash them back?

  Victim received two Apple Cash transfers of $300 each from unknown parties who then demanded the funds be returned via a different method.

• Got my money returned from a muse scam?

  A scammer posed as a college contact, sent a fake $1,000 cheque, then recovered $300 via Apple Pay before contact was blocked; the $300 was later mysteriously returned.
